Extra care is also taken while in transit to ensure your goods are properly loaded and secured for the journey. Transit insurance can also be arranged.
• Secure Storage - Our clients often need storage during the move, be it for a couple of days to a couple of months. We have the skill, experience, correct equipment and flexibility you need. Your goods will be correctly and safely loaded and stored in your own individual containers inside our secure warehouse giving you the peace of mind that your goods can be insured and will not be exposed to the elements in an outside storage facility.
• Specialist services - We have over 40 years experience moving furniture and specialist items including; precious artworks, sculptures, antiques, safes, gun safes and pianos.
• Shredding/Destruction/Recycling - When preparing to move house many clients have amassed collections of paperwork that they wish to securely discard.
  This is an opportunity for Greers (GDPR compliant) to assist by suppling clients with archive size cartons in advance of the move for the client to pack the unwanted paperwork. Supply and collection of the material is free of charge (via our own courier).
  The charge for environmental destruction (by shredding) of an archive box is only £6/incl vat.
