Removals Insurance : The Financial Services Authority
From January 2005 the selling of insurance in the removals industry by removers acting as brokers became regulated and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
Britannia Greers registered with The Financial Services Authority under ref. 304309 and is thereby authorised and has been regulated to sell insurance from this date. Details can be found at http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register.
What does this mean to our customers?
In line with the Financial Services Authority’s principles and guidelines Britannia Greers is committed to treating customers fairly. This means we will provide you with documentation in accordance with The Financial Services Authority’s rules to ensure your demands and needs are being met. Our customers also have access to the Financial Ombudsman’s Service if they feel they’ve been mis-sold insurance.
